As always curious when I see abandoned buildings, but I wouldnt want to throw it's just me
Im not talking about old factories or something dangerous, I am not to be killed in the vicinity during the game in dangerous places,
Is there a way to educate the plans online?

Not knowing where you live, and not knowing if you make for houses or large buildings such as factories and skyscrapers wishing to launch a search much more difficult to answer. But in most large cities can go as New York, Chicago or Los Angeles to the planning permission or building regulations and a copy of the plans on file. If you are in a small town, I'm not sure if it needs to make copies of the plans must be kept on file for large buildings or homes in your area. But that's where I would start looking if I was. Since it only online, I doubt very seriously if they are kept, as the online security risks that some of these plans could offer someone to blow or destroy a building. Look at the World Trade Center, could not find plans online? I am not sure?
